STI Testing Services

Our STI testing services are OPEN but you may experience delays.

Our telephone lines will be closed on Friday 2^nd and Monday 5^th April but we may contact you about your results and test kit, and treatment orders over Easter. If this wouldn’t be appropriate for you, you might prefer to delay taking your test or making an order at a time that’s better for you.

Treatment & Contraception Services

Our chlamydia treatment, regular contraception and emergency contraception services will be CLOSED during the following times, or you may be asked to collect from a pharmacy.

Postal Delivery

• Orders approved by 4pm on Wednesday 31^st March will be delivered on Thursday 1^st April
• Delivery service will be suspended after 4pm on Wednesday 31^st March until 8am on Tuesday 6^th April

Click and Collect

• Services suspended at 12pm on Thursday 1^st April and will start again at 8am on Tuesday 6^th April

You can get regular, emergency contraception and chlamydia treatment from your local pharmacy, sexual health clinic, GP surgery or most NHS walk-in centres.

If you choose to collect treatment from pharmacy, please check opening times first. If you choose to attend your local sexual health clinic, please refer to their website in the first instance and call to book an appointment.
