Sexual Health Hounslow offer same-day appointments as well as routine appointments, providing a variety of services at our clinic sites (see list below).

To book an appointment

1. Emergency and under-18s

Can book a same-day appointment or come in during clinic opening hours (if coming in without an appointment, please arrive no later than 1 hour before we close).

• Emergency contraception—needs to be started within 5 days of unprotected sex
• Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP)—needs to be started within 72 hours of exposure
• Sexual assault within the last 7 days
• Under 18 years old
• Care experienced (Topaz)

2. Same-day appointments

For urgent problems, call 0208 321 5718 or book online: Book an appointment — Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (chelwest.nhs.uk) from 8am Monday - Friday:

• symptoms of a sexually transmitted infection (eg pain when urinating, genital pain, blisters/sores/rash in genital area, unusual bleeding or discharge)
• a positive sexual health test result requiring treatment
• a sexual contact of someone diagnosed with a sexually transmitted infection

3. Routine appointments

For non-urgent matters, follow ups and contraception (not emergency):

• Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP)—start or repeat
• Contraception—start or repeat (including implants and IUD/IUS fitting or removal)
• Follow-up with doctor or nurse
• Health adviser advice or information
