How do I receive my results?

Answer

Results are typically available 48-72 hours after receipt of your samples to the laboratory. You will be informed your results are ready by SMS or email (depending on your preferences). You can view your results online by logging into your account on SHL.UK. Should treatment or further testing be required you will be contacted by our clinical team or be provided a link to access remote treatment. Your results and sample progress can be tracked online by logging into your account on SHL.UK. Results are released every day, except Sunday.
