How long does delivery take?

Answer

Delivery and collection times are as follows:

Chlamydia treatment

  • Next-day delivery – Orders approved before 4pm will be delivered the next day. If your order is approved on a Sunday, you might not get your treatment until Tuesday.
  • Collect in pharmacy – If your order is approved before 5pm you can collect in pharmacy the same day. We advise ringing your chosen pharmacy before to double check they've got your prescription ready.

Emergency contraception

  • Next-day delivery – Orders approved before 4pm will be delivered the next day.
  • Collect in pharmacy - If your order is approved before 5pm you can collect in pharmacy the same day. We advise ringing your chosen pharmacy before to double check they've got your prescription ready.

Routine contraception

  • 48-hour delivery – Orders approved before 4pm will be delivered within 48 hours. If your order is approved on a Sunday, you might not get your treatment until Wednesday.
  • Collect in pharmacy - If your order is approved before 5pm you can collect in pharmacy the same day. We advise ringing your chosen pharmacy before to double check they've got your prescription ready.

Please note, in some cases patients will be asked to collect in pharmacy.
