How quickly can I get a kit / Do you offer a fast track service?

Answer

You can order a postal kit online, which is sent by Royal Mail to the address you choose. It usually arrives within 3 working days. If your kit does not arrive within a week, please get in touch with our team.

If you are in a participating sexual health clinic you can collect a kit (Smart-Kit). Please ask reception staff, and if the clinic offers this service they will hand it to you at reception.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a fast-track service. Most service users receive their results 48-72 hours from when their kit has arrived in the lab. If you are unable to wait for this process please attend your local sexual health clinic as some services offer a faster / same day service.
