My address and postcode is not recognised by SHL.UK?

Answer

Unfortunately, if your postcode is not on our database then we cannot issue you with a testing kit. We update our database on a three monthly basis in conjunction with Royal Mail; if your address is a new build then it may become available on our database at a later date so please do try again in the future. In the meantime, we advise that you visit your local sexual health clinic and explain to staff that you are unable to use our home testing service due to living under an as yet unregistered postcode. SHL.UK would like to apologise for the inconvenience this causes.
