My kit has not arrived?

All of our test kits are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. It will be delivered through your letterbox where possible. You'll be able to track your delivery and choose alternative delivery options, including Local Collect.

Most test kits arrive within 1-2 working days, however there are sometimes delays. If more than 7 working days have passed and your kit has not arrived please check your tracking link provided by Royal Mail. You can also log in to your shl.uk account, confirm that the postal address on your record is correct and start a new consultation and request for a new kit to be sent.
