What STI tests will I be offered?

Answer

The SHL.UK service offers appropriate testing based on algorithms based on your e-consultation responses and in line with National guidance. All service users will be offered a full sexual health screen (chlamydia, gonorrhoea, HIV and syphilis). Some individuals may be offered wider testing, such as extra genital testing (throat and rectal site sampling) and Hepatitis B and C screening. Trans/non-binary service users can choose to receive vaginal or urine testing (postal testing) or both urine and vaginal (Smart-Kit). If you do not wish to have some of the tests done e.g. the blood test you do not need to return the blood sample. Whatever samples you do send in will still be tested.
