Why can’t I order a test kit?

Answer

You will see a message explaining why you cannot order a kit and advice will be provided about potential alternative services to use. If this is not clear contact the SHL team on 0208 191 0222. Some reasons for not being able to order a kit are: some local authorities place limit on the number of kits that can be ordered each day; your account may be locked – in which case speak to the SHL Team on 0208 191 0222; some types of symptoms are more safely and comprehensively managed in a physical sexual health clinic where you can be examined, receive additional tests and/or start treatment the same day. If you selected these symptoms in error when completing the consultation, please log back on to the system and start a new triage.
