My kit has not arrived?

All of our test kits are sent via Royal Mail first class post. Most test kits arrive within 1-3 working days, however there are sometimes delays. If more than 5 working days have passed and your kit has not arrived please log in to your portal, confirm that the postal address on your record is correct and contact the SHL.UK team on 0203 315 4545 for a replacement kit.
