Re-testing for Chlamydia after treatment?

It is not necessary to retest for Chlamydia to check it has cleared if the treatment was taken as prescribed, you avoided all sexual contact during treatment and your current partner has done the same. Our tests are incredibly sensitive and if you do test again for Chlamydia do so 6 or more weeks after Chlamydia treatment because otherwise you will very likely receive a false positive result due to the residual DNA which is present.
