I do not want to speak to the SHL.UK team about my results and only want to communicate via SMS and email. Is this an option?

We do not need to contact every person verbally but sometimes we need to speak directly with you to ensure you understand your results and can follow our recommended actions or to confirm your identity and ensure you are safe. When we need to make contact with you we try your mobile in the first instance - if this is not appropriate for you please contact us on 0208 191 0222. If you refuse to engage with the service in this way you may need to consider if home testing is the best service for you.
