The pharmacy can’t find my prescription. What should I do?

Ask the pharmacy to call LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor. Phone lines are open 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 5.30pm Saturday (due to COVID-19, opening times may vary). If the pharmacy aren’t able to contact us, you may need to come back to the pharmacy later.

Alternatively, you can send us a message in your Patient Record and come back to the pharmacy later.
