Test kits, results, treatment, and contraception are available throughout this time although some things may take a little longer than usual.
Our delivery service for emergency contraception is unavailable between 20th Dec – 2nd January as we cannot guarantee reliability with our delivery partners at this time. However, you can still collect emergency contraception ordered through our service up to the 22nd December and again from the 27th – 29th December from selected London Pharmacies. If you would like chlamydia treatment or routine contraception delivered, please note, this will take more than 5 days to reach you during the festive period.
Our clinical teams are available for phone support until midday on 24th December, opening at 9am on 27th until midday on 31st December, opening again at 9am on 2nd January.
You can also contact your local pharmacy, sexual health clinic, GP surgery or most NHS walk-in centres. If you are collecting treatment from a pharmacy or visiting your local sexual health clinic, please check the opening times first.
