STI delivery service upgrade announcement

We wanted to let you know about an upcoming change to our STI test kit delivery service.

Over the coming weeks, we will be transitioning all STI test kit deliveries to Royal Mail Tracked 24. This change is designed to provide a faster, more reliable and more transparent delivery experience for service users, while also improving operational visibility.

During this roll-out in June, some users may receive their kits via either service.

The move to Tracked 24 will offer a number of benefits, including:

• Quicker delivery times, with the majority of kits expected to arrive the next working day after dispatch.
• End-to-end tracking, allowing service users to monitor the progress of their delivery.
• Greater convenience for service users, with kits continuing to fit through a standard letterbox while also offering the ability to track deliveries and, where preferred, select alternative options such as Royal Mail Local Collect
• Improved delivery reliability, helping to reduce lost or delayed items and supporting a better overall user experience.
• Enhanced operational insight, enabling us to identify and resolve any delivery issues more effectively.
