It is not necessary to retest for Chlamydia to check it has cleared if the treatment was taken as prescribed, you avoided all sexual contact during treatment and your current partner(s) have done the same. Our tests are incredibly sensitive and if you do re-test again too early (within 6 weeks of treatment) you are likely to receive a false positive result due to the residual DNA which is present.
