You must return your postal and smart-kit samples via post using a postbox. Postage is free, as is the service and any treatment you may need afterwards. Smart-Kits can be collected from clinic and some sexual health clinics may provide support in taking your samples (e.g. the blood test). You would need to check with the respective clinic first if you wanted to consider this option.
